1. Quest Medical Academy Pvt Ltd reserves the right to permit admission for its courses.
2. Admission form must be filled with correct details. In future if there are any changes, then the same has to be informed to Quest Medical Academy Pvt Ltd over email at quest.operation@gmail.com.
3. Fees are inclusive of tuition fees, government taxes and admission processing fees.
4. Admission will be confirmed subject to receipt of payment. Students opting for payment through instalments will have to strictly abide by the payment schedule for their course. In case of delay of complete payments beyond admission will stand cancelled. No refund will be applicable in such circumstances.
5. Admission cannot be cancelled or transferred (to any other student or to next year’s batch) under any circumstances. There will be no refunds.

6. Payment Policy:

Fees are inclusive of tuition fees plus government taxes (18%) plus admission processing fees (3%).

7. Access to all learning activities offered by Quest Medical Academy, including but not restricted to Quest lectures, Quest Simulation Program, Quest Unplugged and Quest Social Initiatives, will be given to registered students only. This access is for private and academic use only. Any misuse of the learning courses such as sharing the access, use of Quest teaching material in public forums, or plagiarism etc. will result in immediate and permanent cancellation of services. Such an act on behalf of the student can also attract a legal action, depending on the nature of the act.
8. Students and parents are requested to kindly note these terms and policies before proceeding with admission process.
9. All Disputes are Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
